SPECIAL THANKS TO
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Dwayne Duke has honed his craft at venues across the nation. Dwayne's act is not a leap into debauchery, more a gentle nudge into the profane. He's been part of multiple comedy festivals including Cleveland Comedy, Broken Record, Burning Bridges, and Whiskey Bear. His second album "Shame Flashbacks" (2018) is available now. Dwayne is also the founder/ executive Producer of the Midwest Queer Comedy Festival.
Joe Briggs is a standup comedian from Parma, Ohio. He once described as “Joe! Mr. Bad boy! Mr. Troublemaker! Always wearing a leather jacket! Always riding a motorcycle! He lives on-the-edge in Danger Zone City! Yep, live fast, die young. That's Joe's motto! Yep, that's Joe!” He is a regular at Hilarities and the Funny Stop, but you may have seen him doing shows around the Midwest. You may also have seen him as a part of the Mike Polk Jr Show, or in Taco Truck videos on YouTube. He is one half of the sketch comedy duo Flamingo City and co-hosts the Comedy and Mushroom Cult Podcast. He is very excited and nervous to meet you. He can't swim and is afraid of people who know what they want without looking at the menu first.
John Brown is a Cleveland Browns fan by day, happy person by night. Especially when he's on a comedy stage spinning a yarn from his childhood into gold or making a crowd die laughing even after he tells them what he did to a kitten with his Honda Civic. A rapid up and comer in the scene, John's smooth delivery and clever joke writing has earned him regular host and feature spots at clubs and other comedy spots all throughout Northeast Ohio. In 2021 he performed at both The Rubber City Comedy Festival and The Cleveland Comedy Festival. He's also started quite a few of his own shows and you can hear him weekly co-hosting the podcast Brown Petri Dish.
With a last name like that, Cleveland-based comic David Horning learned at a young age to lean into what bothers him using humor, and his comedy is a reflection of this. He has appeared in the New York Comedy Festival, Laughing Devil Comedy Festival, and on stages around the country. He produces Gratuity Not Included at Good Company, One More Joke at Judd's City Tavern, Secret Society Comedy, a weekly pop-up comedy show, and Six Courses Of Comedy, the only comedy show that pairs food with funny. Catch his podcast “You Can’t Laugh At That” on all major podcast streaming platforms.
Bryan Sternik is an up-and-coming Cleveland comedian whose conversational style and upbeat demeanor can make even his darkest jokes feel lighthearted. Bryan produces a monthly show at Dina's Pizza in Old Brooklyn, and co-produces Gratuity Not Included at Good Company, One More Joke at Judd's City Tavern, and Secret Society Comedy, a weekly pop-up comedy show. He is the co-host of "The Guiltless Podcast" and "Dude, Nobody Cares."
